We use your information to deliver and improve our services, respond to inquiries, send service-related communications, monitor system performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4AI Systems & Automated Processing
Our platform uses AI agents to automate tasks such as responding to inquiries, processing documents, and sending follow-up messages. These agents interact with your customers on your behalf under the service agreement you signed.
When our AI agents interact directly with your customers, they will disclose their AI nature upon direct request. Our agents are configured to answer honestly if asked whether they are AI.
5SMS Communications (TCPA)
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS, you agree to receive automated text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time.
For help: Reply HELP to any text message.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We only send SMS to individuals who have provided prior express written consent or who initiated contact with us.
6Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing or outreach email we send includes our physical mailing address and a clear, functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
To unsubscribe, reply with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. We will remove you within 10 business days.
7Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days of a written deletion request sent to hello@bleue.ai.
