Bleue AI provides AI automation services including but not limited to: AI agent deployment, lead flow systems, workflow automation, and ongoing system management. Specific deliverables are agreed upon in your service agreement.
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in your service agreement. We require a 3-month minimum commitment.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, granting necessary access to tools and systems, and reviewing outputs from your AI agents. You own all content and decisions made based on agent recommendations.
If your system is not delivering measurable results within 90 days of going live (through no fault of your own), we will fix it at no additional charge. Specific guarantees are outlined per engagement.
Custom workflows, prompts, and configurations we build for your business are yours once the engagement is paid in full. Our underlying tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI systems can make errors — you are responsible for reviewing critical decisions before acting on them.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Early termination before the minimum period requires payment of remaining months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in Riverside County, CA.
